The Circle Craft Christmas Market returns to the Vancouver Convention Centre West next week, running from November 8-12. Each week leading up to the Market, we have been featuring exhibiting artists.
Today we’re highlighting Boreal Folk Apothecary of Calgary, AB, who is new to the Market in 2017.
Boreal Folk products are natural, plant-based, and wild crafted. The nomadic lifestyle Raphaëlle and Mark of Boreal Folk lead allows them to chase seasons and wild botanicals through ever-changing northern landscapes.
Products are created by hand in a 99 square foot off-grid mobile wilderness lab using selectively chosen botanicals that grew wild in thriving communities and were sustainably harvested. Raphaëlle and Mark believe that wild plants are more potent than their modified, farmed counterparts. Their foraging locations are chosen wisely, far from road sides, pollution, and human activity.
Products are created to revolve around the plants’ unique properties. Highly effective ingredients such as organic oils, clays, salts, and therapeutic grade essential oils are carefully chosen to ensure they will synergistically blend well together.

You’ll find Boreal Folk Apothecary and hundreds of other exhibitors from across Canada at the Circle Craft Christmas Market.
