The Circle Craft Christmas Market returns to the Vancouver Convention Centre West this week! Beginning Wednesday, November 9, and running through to Sunday, November 13, the 43rd annual Market will feature over 300 artisans, 60 of which are new to the show. Five of these exhibitors form a new category we’re pleased to include for the first time this year, Grapes & Grains, which features wines and a variety of spirits.
Pemberton Distillery (Booth W9)
Pemberton Distillery distill the famous Pemberton potato into the world’s only organic potato Vodka, Gin, Absinthe, Schnaps, and Liqueurs. They also produce organic Whisky and Brandy from locally grown grains and fruits. Straight from the farm to the bottle they craft their award-winning spirits entirely on-site using organic ingredients and traditional hand-operated copper pot stills.
Rocky Creek Winery (Booth W12)
The Cowichan Valley’s most awarded winemaker, Rocky Creek Winery remains true to the region by only making wines from their Vancouver Island-grown grapes. They have a true passion for making their winery a heritage winery and have won 83 medals in 10 years.
Dragon Mist Distillery (Booth W13)
Dragon Mist Vodka and Dragon Mist Baijiu are made with wheat grown in Dawson Creek and pure, clear Canadian glacial water. Dragon Mist Gin is made from the same fine ingredients with the addition of west coast botanicals to impart the delicate gin flavour and aroma.
Ampersand Distilling Co. (Booth W11)
Ampersand Distilling Company is a family-founded craft distillery located on a five acre organic farm in the Cowichan Valley. Father-son duo Stephen and Jeremy Schacht have used their knowledge of science and traditional distilling techniques to create a hand crafted distillery where they make hand crafted spirits.
Montakarn Estate Winery (Booth W10)
A small boutique winery located in Oliver, BC, Montakarn Estate Winery concentrates on unique blends that express distinction and locality. Husband and wife team Gary and Montakarn Mission are hard working, honest people with a love for winemaking.
